The service team headed up by Terry operates across the country attending calls for our clients with the goal of fixing all faults on the 1st visit. Where this isn't possible they will endeavour to provide, should you wish, loan equipment to keep you going.

At the head office in Chester we have a fully equipped workshop with extensive testing facilities and a stock of several thousand spare parts.

We offer a pat testing service both onsite and also for customers who bring their kit to the workshops on Ermine Road.
